Procter Fencing Systems is a division of Procter Brothers Ltd, a family-owned business established in 1740, and one of the UK's leading independent specialist manufacturers of fencing and gates. From its sites in Leeds, South Wales and South-East England, Procter Fencing Systems offers a comprehensive service to survey, design, manufacture and install fencing and gates nationwide.

Whether the need is for fencing around schools, factories, warehouses, public utilities or other premises, Procter Fencing Systems can advise architects, specifiers, contractors and end users on the optimum specification for every project. Most importantly, the company is committed to providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Indeed, the service provided by Procter Fencing

is more comprehensive than most suppliers offer. At the specification stage, Procter's technical staff provide free consultation on the most suitable fencing type to suit the project's security, cost and aesthetic requirements. If necessary, a custom design service enables gates, railings and other steel fencing products to be tailored to the customer's requirements. Fully detailed and costed proposals are provided against architects' designs or contractors' bills of materials. Budget prices can be provided upon request.

The following types of fencing are available, and all are detailed on the company's website mesh panel fencing (weldmesh), strained wire fencing, railings, palisade, high-security-palisade, high-security welded mesh, sportsground fencing, playground fencing, timber, and spectator/trackside barriers and guardrails.

To complement this extensive range of fencing, Procter also offers matching gates for vehicles and pedestrians. Hinged and sliding gates are available, both manually operated and powered. In addition, a full range of vehicle barriers is available, and Procter also supplies and installs access control systems.

All products are designed in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and meet the appropriate health and safety standards.

Procter Fencing Systems benefits from having fully equipped manufacturing facilities in-house, which enables bespoke designs to be produced under a strict quality assurance regime and to tight delivery schedules. Fencing products can be hot-dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 and powder coated in the customer's choice of colour to give an attractive and durable finish.

To complete the comprehensive fencing service, Procter Fencing Systems employs skilled and experienced installers that operate under the direction of a contracts manager. All installation personnel have received the required CISS Health & Safety training, and Procters is a CHAS registered company.

Procter Fencing Systems provides a 12-month guarantee for both material and labour, and some products carry extended warrantees of up to 10 years.
